EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM

Arteco has created a special team that is trained in emergency situations and who have sufficient information available to deal with most emergency situations. The team-members rotate every week but one central number will put you in contact with the emergency team:

ACCIDENT WITH PRODUCT

To assist the emergency response team, we have contracted Carechem, a specialized organisation that can be reached via: +44-1865-407.333

1. Spilling of Arteco product (road accident, accident in customer’s plant, warehouse)

All bulk products leaving the plant are accompanied by a Safety Card. This document contains the classification and risk and safety phrases of the product.
The label of all packed products contains also the classification of the product, together with its risk and safety phrases.

2. Oral consumption of Coolant

We recommend to go immediately to your local doctor or hospital. Alternatively you can contact the national poison-centers in the country where the accident took place and if necessary fax an MSDS-sheet to the poison center or medical person asking for it.

In case of commercial emergencies the emergency response team will try to find a solution as soon as possible to assist our customer. However, the purpose of the emergency response is not to handle commercial emergencies but situations whereby human life and the environment are endangered. We are sure you will understand that it is impossible to have our complete organization on stand-by permanently.
