x-OAT coolants are coolants with an OAT (Organic Additive Technology) backbone and a chemical inhibitor package such as molybdate or nitrate but do not contain phosphate, silicate nor nitrite.
Those ihibitors are mostly used as co-inhibitors to reinforce the action of other components to enhance frost and corrosion protection.
