Pack the closed sample-bottle into a parcel envelope. Multiple samples are best sent via carton parcel.
After sample registration, you'll recieve a safety-card. Add the safety-card into the package.
Add the shipment address label on the package. The exact address will be provided after sample registration.:
For export samples, we recommend for smooth shipping and customs clearance :
to include the text: "Service coolant for analysis. No commercial value, not for resale. Flashpoint above 100°C, not restricted; Commodity code 38 20 0000"
to use the incoterm DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and declare €1,00 as value of the shipping on the pro forma invoice.
