Business Incubator Manager

As a Business Incubator Manager, you will lead our intrapreneurial department, dedicated to identifying, assessing, and developing innovative applications of cooling fluids with a targeted focus on data center applications. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic leader who excels in growing technology solutions both organically and through mergers and acquisitions. Your mission will encompass steering ideas from conception to commercial success, leveraging deep industry insights, strategic partnerships, strategic acumen to navigate the competitive landscape and ensuring our cooling solutions are not only industry-leading but also align with our sustainability goals.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Innovation Leadership: You explore new services, business models and potential applications for our liquid coolants by focusing on the New-New of Ansoff Matrix. 
  • Market Insights: You conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand emerging trends, technological advancements, and strategic opportunities in the liquid cooling sector.
  • Strategic Growth: You develop and implement strategies for the organic and inorganic growth of our liquid cooling solutions especially within the data center industry.
  • M&A expertise: You leverage expertise in mergers and acquisitions to identify and evaluate potential targets in coolants or cooling technology in data centers sector, that align with our strategic goals, facilitating growth and market penetration.
  • Networking: You build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players, including startups, and technology experts, to support our innovation and growth objectives.
  • Project Management: You oversee all aspects of project development from initiation to market launch, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives, budget, and timeline.
  • Sustainability Advocacy: You identify future driven business models that align with the Arteco’s sustainability objectives.

What makes you the right candidate for this role?

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 
  • You have a proven track record in project management and strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends.
  • You have a knowledge of cooling systems, preferably in data centers or related fields.
  • You can rely on a strong background in corporate venturing, startups, or business development within tech industries.
  • You have strong networking skills with a track record of building productive business relationships.
  • You are proactive with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, adept at navigating complex commercial landscapes and negotiating deals.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages are an asset.
  • You are a creative thinker with a keen eye for identifying market opportunities.
