We achieve global coverage through a combination of our own manufacturing facilities and strategic partnerships. To ensure the highest standards in these collaborations, we have developed a rigorous subcontractor qualification and evaluation process.
This Subcontractor Qualification Process ensures that all subcontractors meet our high standards for quality, environment, health and safety and compliance. This process involves a thorough evaluation of potential subcontractors, including a qualification audit and follow-up audits to ensure they adhere to our Supplier & Subcontractor Code of Conduct. The process also includes the collection of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) data and the assessment of compliance risks.
By maintaining rigorous standards, we ensure that our subcontractors contribute positively to our supply chain and overall business goals.
Besides a qualification process to select new partnership, we also have an evaluation process in place to evaluate existing partnerships. This is called the Subcontractor Evaluation Process. This process involves evaluating, measuring and monitoring our partners' business processes and practices. We use a rating system to assess performance and in cases of non-conformity or underperformance, we promptly contact our partners to address the issues.
We recommend our partners to use the 8D problem-solving approach to identify and resolve the root causes of non-conformities. This methodology helps implement long-term solutions and prevent recurring problems. At the end of each year, partners who have completed a minimum of five orders will receive a performance evaluation report. Reliable partners are those who cooperate to achieve our targets and respond promptly to non-conformities, demonstrating their commitment to quality.

Partners report monthly on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety using Arteco's provided template. This accounts for 50% of the total score. |
Partners are evaluated annually by Arteco's HSEQ–SD (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality & Sustainable Development) team based on a questionnaire covering categories such as Emission Management, Compliance & Ethics, Product Specific Information, Human Capital, Climate, and Supplier Qualification. This accounts for 25% of the total score. |
Partners are also evaluated based on feedback from various Arteco teams involved in business dealings. Categories include Customer Service, Competitiveness, Operational Excellence, and Solution-Oriented Behaviour. This accounts for 25% of the total score. |
