Leverage our team’s expertise
With 25 years of dedicated experience in coolants, our technology team offers expert technical support from our state-of-the-art lab. Our laboratory experts rigorously test all criteria outlined in ASTM D3306 and ASTM D4985, which are among the most demanding coolant specifications globally. Beyond these standards, we also evaluate our coolants under real-life conditions using dynamic test benches.
Our testing adheres to FFV-Heft R530 standards, focusing on critical fluid properties such as corrosion protection performance, high-temperature stability, oxidation and storage stability, compatibility with other coolants, plastics and processing agents, cavitation protection properties, as well as foaming tendencies.
This comprehensive approach ensures that our coolants meet the highest quality standards and perform reliably in various applications.

Our central R&D lab in Ghent serves as the beating heart of scientific exploration and testing. Equipped with an impressive array of capabilities, our lab conducts various types of testing:
Analytical testing
Techniques like HPLC, IC, ICP, IR, and X-ray are integral to every stage of new product development, from blending to performance evaluation.
Physico-chemical testing
Parameters such as pH, viscosity, freeze point, boiling point, density, reserve alkalinity, electrical conductivity, and foaming provide crucial insights into coolant composition and performance.
Performance testing
Includes glassware corrosion testing, dynamic heat transfer testing, cavitation corrosion protection performance, as well as radiator tests and elastomer compatibility tests; according to international standards (such as ASTM, GFC, BS, JIS, and Chinese GB spec) or customized requirements.
