FREECOR EV Milli
Low Electrical Conductivity Coolants
Low-Conductivity BEV Coolants Engineered for Electrical Safety
When safety standards demand more from your BEV coolant, the low electrical conductivity FREECOR® EV Milli coolant range provides a reliable solution. The range includes three products based on different inhibitor technologies: OAT, Si-OAT and P-OAT, allowing partners and vehicle manufacturers to select the formulation best suited to their cooling system architecture. With an electrical conductivity of <100 μS/cm, FREECOR® EV Milli helps reduce the risk of electrical short circuits and limits hydrogen gas formation in case of coolant electrolysis, ensuring safe(r) and more reliable EV operation over time.
Key Benefits of FREECOR® EV Milli Coolant range
Our FREECOR® EV Milli coolant range delivers optimal thermal management and electrical safety for Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs). Its excellent heat transfer performance helps maximise battery lifetime while supporting faster charging cycles, improving energy efficiency and ensuring effective heat recuperation and distribution. All three products meet the GB 29743.2 and ASTM D8566 standards, the leading international benchmarks for low electrical conductivity coolants used in BEV.

Our FREECOR® EV Milli Coolant range
FREECOR EV Milli 10
A patented low-electrical-conductivity OAT coolant, suited for indirect battery cooling in Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) in systems where e-conductivity needs to be reduced, meeting GB 29743.2 and ASTM D8566 standards. It limits the negative effects of brazed Aluminum components (battery bottom plates, Al heat exchangers) thanks to its brazing flux compensation package.
FREECOR EV Milli 20
A patented low-electrical-conductivity Si-OAT coolant, suited for indirect battery cooling of Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) in systems where e-conductivity needs to be reduced, meeting GB 29743.2 and ASTM D8566 standards. It limits the negative effects of brazed Aluminum components (battery bottom plates, Al heat exchangers) thanks to its brazing flux compensation package.
FREECOR EV Milli 30
A patented low-electrical-conductivity P-OAT coolant, suited for indirect battery cooling of Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) in systems where e-conductivity needs to be reduced, meeting GB 29743.2 and ASTM D8566 standards. It limits the negative effects of brazed Aluminum components (battery bottom plates, Al heat exchangers) thanks to its brazing flux compensation package.
FREECOR® EV Milli ECO
All our glycol-based coolants, including FREECOR® EV Milli, are available as ECO coolants.
Our ECO coolants incorporate base fluids linked to bio-based or recycled raw materials, allocated through a certified mass balance approach. This approach enables the integration of alternative, environmentally friendly raw materials into existing production systems while ensuring full traceability and third-party certification across the supply chain.
