FREECOR ACC
Freecor® ACC is a monoethylene glycol (MEG)-based coolant using nitrite-organic additive technology (N-OAT), developed for or use in on- and off-road heavy-duty, stationary and natural gas engines, meeting a diversity of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) specifications.
About the product
A premium N-OAT coolant, designed for on- and off-road heavy-duty applications, as well as stationary and natural gas engines. This coolant offers superior wet liner cylinder protection by the presence of nitrite and it is effective at protecting aluminium in high-temperatures applications. Additionally, it mitigates the adverse effects of brazing flux contamination like reducing nitrite depletion, making it ideal for systems with complex aluminium heat exchangers.

Freecor® ACC offers excellent heat transfer properties, enabling greater flexibility in engine design and maintains outstanding pH stability even at elevated temperatures, ensuring robust performance under demanding conditions.
Its smart flux compensation package neutralizes the adverse effects of flux residues from aluminium heat exchanger manufacturing, thereby reducing nitrite inhibitor consumption and extending cylinder liner cavitation protection. The inclusion of nitrite and molybdate further enhances wet liner protection.
Freecor® ACC meets several key industry standards, including ASTM D3306, ASTM D6210 and GB 27943.1-2022.
It meets the requirements of major OEM specifications such as Caterpillar and Cummins and is recommended for use for Deutz, Innio and Wärtsilä, confirming its suitability for first-fill and service applications in heavy duty and stationary applications.
