Its virtually non-depleting inhibitors ensure extended service life, often matching the lifespan of the engine or vehicle, making it a maintenance-free solution for modern cooling systems.
One of the standout features of Freecor® DSC is its excellent thermal performance, which supports improved heat transfer and allows for more flexible engine design. The absence of silicates, phosphates and nitrites enhances its inherent stability in hard water and reduces the risk of deposits or gel formation, contributing to system cleanliness and reliability.
It is compatible with a wide range of engine materials, including aluminium and ferrous alloys and is suitable for use in both cast iron and aluminium engines, as well as copper alloy cooling systems.
Freecor® DSC is approved for PSA and Stellantis, and demonstrates excellent corrosion protection in various industry-standard tests including ASTM D3306 and Afnor R 15-602-7. These certifications confirm its suitability for demanding automotive applications and its ability to maintain performance under high-temperature and long-duration conditions.
