FREECOR EV Milli 10
Freecor® EV Milli 10 is a patented low-electrical conductive monoethylene glycol (MEG)-coolant, based on organic additive technology (OAT), suited for indirect battery cooling in Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) in systems where electrical conductivity needs to be reduced, meeting GB 29743.2 and ASTM D8566 standards. Only for vehicles that are designed to handle low-electrical-conductive fluids as specifically developed for high safety requirements of indirect battery cooling loop.
About the product
Freecor® EV Milli 10 is a patented low electrical conductivity coolant, based on organic additive technology (OAT). It has been specifically developed for indirect cooling in the battery cooling loop of Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs). The product is also suitable for complex cooling systems in which the indirect cooling of the battery, electric motor and power electronics is interconnected. This coolant limits the negative effects of brazed Aluminum components (battery bottom plates, Al heat exchangers) thanks to its brazing flux compensation package.
Key benefits
Freecor® EV Milli 10 offers enhanced electrical safety of electrical vehicles by reducing the risk of electrical short circuits in case of accidental leakages in the high voltage systems. With its low electrical conductivity (<100μS/cm), it minimizes formation of flammable hydrogen gasses in case of coolant electrolysis, thus ensuring safe(r) operation over time with high reliability.

Organic Acid Technology (OAT) of Freecor® EV Milli 10 protects multi‑metal cooling systems using durable carboxylate and triazole inhibitors. Its very low depletion rates ensure long‑lasting corrosion protection throughout extended service intervals.
